Thanksgiving dinner is a cacophony of flavors, dishes, and palates. This diversity can often make it challenging to select the right wine. Well, worry no more! During this class you will investigate some ‘tried and true’ expert food and wine pairings. Plus, you’ll not only learn about these parings but will explore them while sipping on a variety of wines and nibbling on small plates. This is a kick-off to the holiday season which means lots of food, friends, family and, of course, an abundance of wine! Class is taught by instructor Michelle Leonardson.
