COURSE SYNOPSIS
France is country full of spectacular food, wine, and people. Join Kathryn House, Idaho’s premier wine educator, as we wander through the wine world of France accompanied by wonderfully paired regional cuisine. In each themed class we’ll sample six different wine selections and discover the viticulture and vinification methods that give these wines a pure ‘sense of place’. A sumptuous, four course regionally-inspired meal, created by Chef Ben Johnson of Crane Creek Country Club, will be paired with the selected wines.
