Spain is country full of spectacular food, wine, and people. Join Kathryn House, Idaho’s premier wine educator, as we wander through the wine world of Spain accompanied by wonderfully paired local cuisine. From Alicante to Sherry we’ll sample six different wine selections at each class and discover the viticulture and vinification methods that give these wines a pure ‘sense of place’. But, what would wine from Spain be without amazing cuisine with which to enjoy it? A complete four course meal, created by Chef Ben Johnson of Crane Creek Country Club, will be served including tapas, primero and segundo platos and un postre. Join us for one or two fabulous evenings of wine, food, and education.
